As a student
who is taking the senior high entrance exam, I often suffer from great
pressure, which usually stems from heavy academic tasks and the fear
of failing exams.This pressure not only makes me feel exhausted but
also causes sleep problems, greatly affecting my daily life and
study.
To cope with this negative state, I have developed two
effective methods to cheer myself up.First of all, regular physical
exercise is a powerful way to release stress and refresh my mind.
What's more, open communication with family and friends allows me to
share my worries and gain emotional support.
Thanks to these
measures, I successfully relieve my pressure and regain a positive
attitude towards life.
